We offer free returns only for MeowBaby items. You can return a product within 30 days from the order date as long as it meets our return conditions.
The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We offer free returns only for MeowBaby items. Aquality check will be carried out to confirm they meet our return requirements. After approval, your refund will be processed and transferred to your account within the stated timeframe.
Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days from the return confirmation.
For Defective Products:
There is no return fee if the item arrives incorrect, damaged during delivery, or is found to be defective in any way.
Non-Returnable items:
All ComfoKidz products are carefully selected and described. Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items received in perfect condition if a customer simply changes their mind after purchase. This includes cases where the wrong product was ordered, the item does not fit, or the customer no longer wants the item.
Products from other brands are not returnable or refundable at ComfoKidz, except for MeowBaby products.
