Item Condition:
Returned items must be:
- Unused and undamaged.
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Return Process
We offer free returns for all items. A quality check will be carried out to confirm that they meet our return requirements. Once approved, your refund will be processed and transferred to your account within the stated timeframe.
For Defective Products:
There is no return fee if the item arrives incorrect, damaged during delivery, or found to be defective in any way.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
How to Return the item:
Contact Us: Email us at info@comfokidz.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the product was damaged, please include photos and videos so we can assist you faster.
Pack Your Item: Please repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags and documents.
Send it Back: We’ll send you a return shipping label. Please return your package via shipping carrier, following the instructions provided in the return authorization email.
3. Refund process
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll check the item to ensure it meets our return guidelines.
Refund: After we inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund. Usually, it takes takes up to 14 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges: We handle exchanges as returns. If you’d like a different item or size, simply place a new order.
