What materials are used in your products?

That’s why our products are carefully crafted from premium, child-safe materials, including soft and durable fabrics with OEKO-TEX certification, hypoallergenic and resilient foam fillings, and natural wood or plywood treated with non-toxic, certified finishes. Every material is selected to ensure maximum comfort, durability, and safety, so children can play, relax, and explore with complete peace of mind. We also collaborate only with trusted brands that comply with strict EU safety standards, guaranteeing that all products are free from harmful chemicals and meet the highest quality standards.

Are the covers of furniture products removable and machine washable?

Yes! Most products and many similar children’s play and comfort items are designed with practicality in mind. Their covers are removable and machine washable, making it easy to keep them clean and hygienic. Zippered or Velcro covers allow for easy removal, and they can typically be washed at 30–40 °C depending on the fabric.

Are these products safe for young children?

Absolutely! ComfoKidz products are carefully designed with little ones’ safety in mind. Materials include OEKO-TEX certified fabrics and hypoallergenic fillings. We use soft, non-toxic materials, reinforced stitching, and secure closures to ensure each product is both durable and safe for your child. All materials meet strict EU safety standards.

What age range are these products suitable for?

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

We deliver to the Netherlands.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver to the Netherlands. It may take 3 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the product category. Delivery times can vary based on your location and local courier services.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.

How long do I have to return a product?

You can return a product within 30 days of the order date, as long as it meets our return conditions. Please read them carefully.

What are the conditions for a return?

The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items. For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

We offer free returns on all products. Each item will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets our return requirements. Once approved, your refund will be processed and transferred to your account within the stated timeframe.

For Defective Products:

There is no return fee if the item arrives incorrect, damaged during delivery, or is found to be defective in any way.
